Clinton “Clint” R. Cook, P.E., brings over 20 years of expertise in land surveying, design, development, and construction to his role as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Aegean Energy Group. A Texas-licensed Professional Civil Engineer, Clint is recognized for steering complex projects, driving innovation, and advancing best practices in the industry.

Clint’s engineering journey began at Texas Tech University, where he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in December 1999. While completing his degree, Clint gained hands-on experience at the Texas Department of Transportation's Engineering Division, honing his skills in pre-construction design, site surveying, and quality assurance/control. He contributed to numerous highway and bridge projects, specializing in hydrology and hydraulics design. His work extended to private residential and commercial developments, public institutional projects, and major infrastructure systems, including water lines, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems.

As a Commissioned Officer in the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering for the Indian Health Service, Clint provided vital consultation on the design, construction, and implementation of water and wastewater systems. His expertise supported American Indian and Alaska Native communities, showcasing his commitment to impactful engineering solutions.

In the renewable energy sector, Clint played a pivotal role at Cielo Wind Services before co-founding Aegean Energy Group. As Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction, he led project design, surveying, and interconnection activities for development and construction services. His leadership was instrumental in the successful completion of wind projects totaling over 1.3 GW.
