Clinton R. Cook, P.E., brings over twenty years of experience in land surveying, design, development, and construction industry as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Aegean Energy Group. Renowned for steering intricate projects and driving innovation, Clint's role as a Texas-licensed Professional Civil Engineer is instrumental in advancing industry practices.

Clint's journey in engineering began at Texas Tech University, where he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in December 1999. Before completing his degree, he gained valuable hands-on experience at the Texas Department of Transportation's Engineering Division. Here, he developed skills in pre-construction design support, site surveying, and quality assurance/control, particularly on numerous highway and bridge projects, with particular attention to hydrology and hydraulics design. Moreover, his contributions were crucial in private residential and commercial developments, public institutional developments, and significant infrastructure projects involving water lines and drainage systems for both wastewater and stormwater runoff and wastewater treatment systems.

Clint also served as a Commissioned Officer in the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering for the Indian Health Service under the Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, he specialized in offering consultation for the design, construction, and implementation of water and wastewater conveyance and treatment systems, assisting American Indian and Alaska Native communities with his expertise.

Clint has made a significant impact in the wind industry through his role at Cielo Wind Services before co-founding Aegean Energy Group. As Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction, he effectively managed project design, surveying, and interconnection activities for their development and construction services. His leadership and expertise contributed to completing projects totaling an impressive 1.3 GW.
